Clear terms, no fine-print games

Membership terms.

The short version: apply honestly, publish through the editorial process, treat the room with respect, and the Pit works for everyone.

IMembership by application

Founders Pit is an application-only society capped at approximately one hundred seats. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. Every application is reviewed and the selection team’s decision is final. A membership tier can only be activated after approval.

IITiers and fees

IIIPublishing and the printed edition

All publishing and placement benefits — digital articles, social amplification, the Founder Spotlight newsletter and the Elite printed-edition feature — remain subject to Entrepreneur Middle East’s editorial standards, production schedules and publication calendar. Editorial review shapes every piece; paid membership buys access to the process, not control over it.

VConduct

Members represent themselves and their companies truthfully, respect the confidentiality of private conversations held inside the Pit, and do not use the membership directory for unsolicited selling. The desk may suspend or revoke membership for conduct that harms the community; revocation for cause is not refunded.

VIThe seat, not the name

Membership is personal to the approved founder and is not transferable — to a colleague, a successor or an acquirer — without re-application. If you leave the company you applied with, tell the desk; in most cases the seat travels with you, not the company.

VIILiability and law

Founders Pit provides visibility, publishing and access — not business outcomes, investment advice or endorsements of any member. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions about these terms go to the membership desk.
